Annual General Meeting 2024

Welcome to our online AGM. Following the success and popularity of our COVID-19, lockdown-induced Online AGM since 2020, we will continue with this format again in 2024. .

 

For those who worry about such things, we contacted the NZ Business Office and Dogs NZ to ensure this format is acceptable and they confirmed that it is, so welcome to another online AGM.

The meeting opens at 9:00pm on 22 April 2024 and will close at 9:00pm, 25 April 2024.

 

Responses entered outside of those times will not be counted.

Please complete your name and email address in order to be registered as having attended the meeting. You must submit the form in order to have your attendance counted. The meeting is open to financial members only, so any other reponses will be ignored.

Things to remember:

​

• Once you have submitted your final votes, you cannot edit them.

• Only one entry is permitted per device, so if you have multiple people at your address who wish to attend the meeting, they will each need to complete their responses on different devices.

• Survey works on phones as well as PCs so this should be fairly easy to accomplish. We have imposed these limits because under the provisions of the Contract and Commercial Law Act 2017, an electronic signature needs to be ‘as reliable as is appropriate’, which means ensuring your electronic signature is linked to you and to no other person and that any alteration to the electronic signature made after the time of signing is detectable.

The documents referred to in the meeting such as the President's Report, the Treasurer's Report and the minutes of the last AGM can be downloaded below as they become available.
